Redundant mass list loading?

It looks like finding mass list files goes on in

  • runListsWithParams in ClientManager
  • loadTandemData in FHMSMSCategory.
  • tandemFilesContainedInDirectory in ClientManager

At first glance it looks like the code in runListsWithParams in ClientManager is useless… this is also where a bug is popping up.

    I believe loading tandem data actually takes place in loadTandemData which is in FHMSMSCategory. I am not sure what other codes are doing.
